7 New Rule Changes for the 2008 NFL Season

A big change to this is the Forceout Rule…

Forceout Rule — The forceout rule has been eliminated. A player who receives or intercepts a ball must land with both feet inbounds. The defensive player can now push them out of bounds as much as they like.
